Here are some options if you don't need all Google Workspace services, such as Gmail. If you need Gmail, consider one of the above Google Workspace editions, instead.
With Google Workspace, you can get a custom email with your company’s chosen domain name, like susan@yourcompany. A professional email helps build customer trust, and also lets you create group mailing lists, such as sales@yourcompany.
To unlock more features for your Google service, such as a custom email address, you need to verify that you own your domain. If you don’t own a domain, you can purchase one during this process.
Select an email layout from the “Default layouts” tab or from previously saved or shared email layouts under “My layouts,” or create a new custom email layout from "My layouts."
When someone sends you an email, the sender's computer looks up the MX records for your email domain, like @your-company.com, to figure out where to deliver it. After you sign up for Google Workspace, you need to update your domain's MX records so email messages get delivered to Google's mail servers, and then to your inbox.
You can make it easy for users to find your core Google Workspace services by creating a custom web address (URL) for each service. Create custom addresses in your primary and secondary domains for services including Gmail, Calendar, Google Groups, Sites, and others.

To verify your domain and set up email with Google Workspace, you update your domain’s DNS records. These custom DNS records are typically hosted by your domain host (typically where you purchased your domain).
As an administrator, you can add your organization's logo to some of your Google Workspace service pages, such as Gmail, Calendar, and Drive. The logo appears at the top of each user's window for all domains added to your account.
